Our Work

Here is a list of things we do at H&H , please find a cause close to your heart and contact us if you want to join and be part of our team or just want to donate to any one of these causes.

Volunteering

01

Orphan abuse

If you're wondering about this, it's important to know that millions of children around the world are orphans, living in shelters and orphanages. Many of them—at least 100, if not more—face serious challenges, including neglect and abuse by those meant to care for them. At H&H, our mission goes beyond just making donations. We work to create safe, supportive environments for these children by organizing activities within shelters and community groups during our visits. We also educate them on recognizing abuse, teach them how to report it safely, and connect them with mentors who offer ongoing support and communication.

02

Anti- bullying movements

As the founder of H&H, this cause is deeply personal to me. Having experienced bullying firsthand, I often wished there was something I could do to stop it—so that others wouldn’t have to go through the same pain. That desire became one of the driving forces behind the creation of H&H.

Together with my team, we visit schools to speak directly with students about bullying and its lasting impact—not just in the short term, but throughout a person’s life. We also engage with school boards and trustees, advocating for the implementation of anti-bullying clubs and initiatives, and emphasizing the critical importance of fostering safer, more supportive school environments.

03

Xenophobic abuse

Xenophobia is often mistaken for racism, but the two are different. Xenophobia refers to hostility or prejudice toward people of the same race who come from different cultural or national backgrounds.

At H&H, we raise awareness about this issue by hosting events, sharing personal stories, and connecting individuals with mentors who have faced similar challenges. In partnership with professional counselors, we offer free mental health support and treatment to those affected by xenophobic abuse, helping them heal and rebuild their confidence.

04

Racism and migration

This is a global issue that continues to affect countless individuals and weigh heavily on communities. The mental trauma it causes, along with related challenges, is only increasing. For this cause, we apply the same compassionate approach as in Project 3—providing direct support to those who are struggling to cope. We also assist immigrants by connecting them with legal consultations, especially for those who cannot afford representation. We understand what it feels like to be in an unfamiliar place, seeking safety and stability, and we're committed to helping them find the support they need.
